Pathway Processor 2.0 is a software for pathway analysis on omics data sets. Data from high-throughput gene expression experiments can be analyzed with several pathway based approaches in order to ease interpretation and comparability across different experiments.


COLOMBOS is a publicly available access portal to comprehensive organism-specific cross-platform expression compendia. Built originally for bacterial organisms, is going to be extended to plant species.


ASSIsT is a user-friendly, customizable pipeline for efficient calling and filtering of SNPs from Illumina Infinium arrays. The software is implemented in python and comes with an easy installation package for Windows and Linux.
